Shipping and Returns
All orders received before 11:59PM EST will be processed the next business day. Estimated shipping charges and delivery time depends on what type of service is chosen at checkout. Free shipping via USPS includes all shipping within the Continental US. UPS is optional for an additional charge to the purchaser. The purchaser agrees to pay all shipping charges, duties and fees when receiving orders shipped outside the US. Estimated delivery times exclude weekends and holidays.

Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your return authorization. Item must be received new and unused. Credit cards will be credited back to your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. Gift cards cannot be returned.
Please understand we can only accept return or exchanges for purchases made directly through www.21drops.com. If you have purchased our products through a 3rd party retailer, you need to reach out to them directly to address any return or exchange requests.
